1 May through to 4 October
$ 695.00 per night – Max 6 persons
5 October through to 30 April
$395.00 per night – (1 bedroom)
plus $120.00 per additional bedroom
Max 6 persons, 3 bedrooms
Please note that the above rates and length of stay are a general indication only. Premium rates and extended minimum stay periods apply to:
- Darwin Cup and V8 Supercar weekends
- July School Holidays
- Christmas and New Year holiday periods

Conditions
Minimum 2 nights stay. Serviced on a weekly basis. Guest can request more frequent servicing at an additional cost.
A maximum of 6 guests permitted. Should you wish to invite a small number of day time visitors please check first with the Mandalay manager.
We are happy to accommodate guests over the age of 12.
Outdoor smoking only.
All bookings include breakfast provisions.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your reservation. Should this occur, as Mandalay Luxury Stay is a small establishment, the following cancellation fees will apply.
If you are able to inform us of your cancellation with more than thirty (30) days notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 accounting fee.
If notice is provided between thirty (30) days and not less than fifteen (15) days, 25% of the deposit* will be retained.
If notice is provided between fourteen (14) days and not less than seven (7) days, 50% of the deposit* will be retained.
If cancellation notice is provided less than seven (7) days and up to one (1) day prior to the agreed check in date, 100% of the deposit* will be retained.
No cancellations will be accepted on the day of arrival or after check in. Guests will be liable for, and agree to being charged, 100% of the full agreed tariff of the total reserved stay under all circumstances.
Please Note: * = The deposit is 50% of the agreed full tariff of the stay booked by the client.
The assigned date which calculates the notice period is specific to notification prior to 4.00pm Central Standard Time of any day, after which the following day will be the assigned date.
Notification must be in writing either by facsimile or email and confirmed delivery is the responsibility of the Guest.
